Professional-Quality Systems Include Everything You Need for Protein Analysis
Each Vertical Dual-PAGE chamber features a unique design that requires only one liter of running buffer to run one or two 8 x 10 cm gels, as well as clear acrylic construction for easy viewing of the electrophoresis process, platinum electrodes for longevity and superior conductivity, and a special safety feature that will not allow the chamber to run unless the lid is securely fastened. Along with the Vertical Dual-PAGE chamber(s), each system includes all necessary hardware and materials to perform PAGE analysis: variable-voltage power supply that can be set between 10-140 and can run up to two chambers simultaneously; polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis kit that includes enough reagents and supplies to run up to ten precast gels; instruction manual; and training video. Micropipets and precast gels, required, are available separately.
The included chamber runs up to two gels simultaneously.
