You won’t find a more complete collection of materials for all your students to perform polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Along with three Vertical Dual-PAGE Chambers and a deluxe power supply that runs up to four electrophoresis tanks simultaneously and can be programmed for constant volts, amps, or run time, you’ll also receive all the additional hardware and materials necessary to get students started working with PAGE immediately: an introductory lab activity for students’ first PAGE run, a drying system to preserve gels, an illuminator for viewing gels, a camera for photographing gels, a microcentrifuge and tubes for isolating DNA, and two sizes of micropipets with tips for loading samples. We also include an instructional manual with basic procedures and investigations, as well as a training video to help students learn the PAGE procedure. Precast gels, required, are available separately.
