The frame is equipped with fore and back sights, and the glass mirror in the cover is adjustable so that the full dial is visible to the observer while sighting. The dial background and direction arrow point are luminous for easy reading, and the scale is graduated from 0–360°. One edge of the case is marked from 1–7 cm in 1 mm divisions, and the opposite edge is marked to 2 3/4″ in 1/16″ divisions. It comes with instructions, and the molded plastic case comes with a cord.
