You choose what you want the power supply to do: run quickly or slowly; run one, two, or three electrophoresis chambers; either DNA or protein. With the variable power of 25, 75, or 110 V, you can run your gels at a lower voltage to get better separation or at a higher voltage for faster results; the analog readout meter displays the voltage you’ve chosen. Run one gel in less than an hour; two or three gels in under 90 minutes. It works with either our agarose or protein electrophoresis chambers and features ground fault interrupt plug, short circuit and overload protection, and solid-state circuitry in an aluminum case with illuminated power switch. Power output: up to 110 V, constant DC; maximum 300 mA. 120/240 VAC with a 5 1/2′ cord. It also comes with a user’s manual. Size: 8″L x 6″W x 4″H.
