The scope features an adjustable eyeguard, large heavy base for stability, and, for safer handling of slides, a newly designed neck composed of two parts to allow the user to see how close the objective is to the stage without maneuvering around the scope. It also includes a 360° rotatable head for viewing from any angle, a slip clutch on the fine focus control to protect gears, and a retractable 40X objective to protect slides. A mechanical stage is available separately. It comes with an allen wrench for adjustments, WARD’S Microscope Manual, instructions, and a dust cover. 110 VAC with a 5′10″ three-wire cord.
