Realistic Models Demonstrate Transformation Results |
Use these models to calculate transformation efficiencies without doing the actual procedure or to review the topic before an exam. You can demonstrate three different plasmid phenotypes (pAMP, pBLUE, and GFP-containing plasmid); the GFP plate will fluoresce under UV-light.
