Tap into the full potential of DataStudio by acquiring this upgrade that gives you total control and access to the data collection, display, and analysis tools for investigation of most any phenomena. Like the Lite version, which is included with any order of PASPORT products, this full version upgrade takes care of the administration of probeware experiments for you. The Plug-and-Learn auto launch feature automatically launches the software when a probe is connected to the computer, instantly recognizes the sensor and the data you have collected, and sets up the appropriate displays. You can choose standard display settings for most applications, or the EZscreen display for simple science activities and students new to probeware. The powerful, yet intuitive, analytical tools and carefully-designed screens allow even those students unfamiliar with probeware to conduct independent inquiries. Electronic Workbooks let you deliver preconfigured eLabs to your students.In addition to these features offered in the DataStudio Lite version, the full upgrade provides the following features:• Powerful graphing tools such as curve fitting, multiple data run display, overlay measurements, slope, annotations, advanced statistics, configurable settings, sketch, and more.• Multiple, customizable data display formats such as table functions, workbook, meter, histogram, scope, FFT, and more.• Editable data capabilities so that you can import data from other sources, edit extraneous regions so they do not affect your statistics or graph results, and create theoretical data sets with a prediction tool.• Customizable Electronic Workbooks for supporting successful exploration of science concepts. With the “Powerpoint-like” functionality of Electronic Workbooks, you can deliver customized multimedia curricula, guided inquiry labs, and interactive exams to your students, or have them author their own reports and portfolios. They can sync a movie they recorded of their experiment with the data they collected and import graphics, Flash™, or eZedia QTI™ files.
