A valuable tool for mapping, surveying, and engineering, this unit combines a liquid damped precision compass with a reliable clinometer. The clinometer scale is graduated in percent and degrees (0–90° and 0–150%), while the compass is in azimuth (0–360°) with the option of declination adjustment (20° East and West). Both clinometer and compass are graduated in 1°/1% increments and calibrated to an accuracy of ±0.25°. The unit’s compact, rugged aluminum housing protects against impact, corrosion, and water damage. Includes an engraved inch scale, cotangent, and cosine tables on the back; treaded tripod socket; carrying case; and lanyard.
