To ensure you and your students safely achieve consistency and accuracy in the biotechnology lab, VWR has custom designed a line of thick acrylic molded electrophoresis chambers. The UV transparent units feature protected, removable electrodes and multiple slots for easy and versatile comb placement. A domed lid with drip ring prevents condensation and helps maintain buffer concentration. For tape-free gel casting, the chambers also incorporate casting gates that are extremely simple to use. Each system includes a gel tank with lid and electrodes, gel casting unit with rubber casting gates, and multiple well combs, 1.5mm thick.
