Demonstrate how pollutants have deleterious consequences on local seawater ecology. In this experiment, the brine shrimp, Artemia franciscana, are hatched from eggs in artificial seawater and the effect of various simulation toxins are added. The effect of simulatied toxicants will be monitored by their impact on growth and survival. Includes materials for six experiments.
