Designed to bring simplicity to environmental testing, this pH/EC/TDS Meter is designed specifically for use in manufacturing and environmental testing protocols. The specialized electrode combines 3 sensors in a single rugged probe body featuring a polypropylene body, integrated temperature sensor, and cloth junction.

This meter is designed to withstand the knocks, drops, and spills of real life, the new IP 67 body ensures top performance in any environment. These meters are protected against dust and water intrusion from any direction. Also has a portable design, Made to fit comfortably in your hand for on-the-go testing, the multilevel LCD display provides at-a-glance readings of pH and temperature from any angle and dual button operation streamlines the testing process for any user. The probe connection is a quick Din connection. A Quick Connect DIN connector makes attaching and removing the probe simple and easy. The rubber coating protects the cable and provides a water-tight seal without twisting.

This pH/EC/TDS meter features a replaceable HI12883 probe that has been carefully designed specifically for pH measurements encountered in manufacturing and environmental testing protocols. The polypropylene body of the HI12883 houses all three sensors within a sturdy, single body design. The plastic body protects the electrode from damage, is easy to clean, and is chemically resistant to many aggressive chemicals. The pH sensor in the probe is a single junction electrode with gelled electrolyte and a retractable cloth junction. When readings appear sluggish, simply pull out some of the cloth material from out from its position t renew the junction with an uncontaminated, fresh surface. The EC/TDS portion is a two-ring probe that comes with the HI991300, offering an accurate solution for low range EC and TDS readings. An integrated temperature probe ensures fast, accurately compensated readings even during sudden temperature fluctuations.

Low battery indicator - the included batteries provide 1400 hours of continuous use. When the battery level is below 10%, a warning symbol will blink to indicate low battery condition. When low battery power may affect your results, the meter will shut down to avoid erroneous readings caused by low battery level.

Ordering information: Portable pH/EC/TDS meter comes with cleaning solution that has been engineered to keep your electrode free from debris and build up. This concentrated combination of detergents cleans your meter quickly and effectively so that your meter stays in optimum condition. When performing a pH calibration it is important that the correct buffers are used. We include some start buffers to get you going. The single-use sachets are individually sealed so you use fresh buffer each time you calibrate. When performing an EC/TDS calibration it is important that the correct standards are used. We include some starter standards to get you going. The single-use sachets are individually sealed so you use fresh buffer each time you calibrate.

Shipping Terms
All orders will incur shipping and handling fees added to the total order value. Shipping charges may vary based on the nature of the product, total weight, destination, delivery date, and delivery method. Orders will ship via UPS carrier at current published rates. Shipping costs are estimated at the time of online order. Orders required to ship by motor freight may incur an additional shipping charge. Chemical & Hazardous Shipping Fee
Materials classified as hazardous by the D.O.T. may include, but are not limited to, chemicals, microbiological specimens, or activity kits containing these materials. If your order contains an item classified as hazardous by the D.O.T., a minimum $27.50 fee will be charged for each order. Orders for chemicals and hazardous materials will only be accepted from educational and research institutions; we will not ship chemicals to individuals. Select chemicals are now available with Poison Packs to enable faster shipping. Previously, these chemicals shipped freight within 7-14 days and incurred a $70.00 freight shipping charge. Now, added Poison Packs enable your chemicals to ship via UPS to arrive within 3-4 days, eliminating the $70 freight charge. Live Materials Delivery & Guarantee
All micro life cultures will be delivered to you within two business days when order is placed before 12:00 om EST. (demonstration plates, microalgae, Nostoc excluded). Your specimens or cultures will arrive in good condition or we will send a free replacement as soon as the next day. Requesting a delivery date of Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday ensures healthy delivery of your live specimens.
 
Bacteria and Pathogens
Shipping pathogens and bacterial cultures to high schools and individuals is prohibited by the Federal Health Service. State or local authorities may require a permit before we can ship pathogens to you. Colleges and universities are permitted to order pathogens and bacterial cultures through an institutional purchase order only.
