What is the difference between Ward's Quick Kits and standard custom kits?

In order to get you kits faster, we limit the components you can choose from to those that we normally have on-hand, and to smaller total volumes. Learn more about our traditional custom kit services for even more customization options to suit your needs.

How quickly can my kit be made?

Typical lead time is estimated to be 4 weeks or less, depending on the total number of kits and the components in them. Our Kit Consultant can work one-on-one with you to provide an estimated lead time based on your order details.

Are there any service fees?

It depends on which items you choose from our Build-Your-Own-Kit Order Form. After you identify what you want in your kits and the total number of kits, we will send you a quote with the full cost, including any applicable fees. Our Kit Consultants can work with you to help you find items on our list to meet your budget requirements.

Can you build documentation (instructions, activity guides, labels) for my kit?

Typically, we leave it to you to build the documentation for your custom kit - you know best what you are trying to achieve and how you plan to use the materials in your kit. In order to get you your materials quickly, Quick Kits must be made of standard components from the provided list. If you're looking for a more customized solution with your printed materials, logos, labels, etc., we can help you with our traditional custom kitting service.

Can you ship my kit to multiple addresses?

Yes, although additional shipping and service charges will apply.

Are volume discounts available for my kit?

Unfortunately, we do not provide volume discounts on Ward's Quick Kits. Ward's Quick Kits are also excluded from any promotional discounts or pricing. Ward's Quick Kits are designed to save you time on low-volume, non-customized kitting orders.
